Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS as a Doc pro viewer
2.Click on Doc pro module
3.Click on new document request
4.Click on add button
5.Alert message is dispalyed and that is to be modified
6.Enter the document name
7.Enter some characters in revision and effective date fields
8.Alert message is dispalyed and that is to be modified

Description

New doc req→When doc name is not entered then the alert message shows→That alert message needs to be modified and the alert message needs to be modified when there are alphanumeric characters entered in the revision and effective date fields
