Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module Admin

2.Go to Main menu and Select any PI

3.Select Impact Analysis from Item Definitions menu

4.Click on Upload File and Click Add Files button

5.Select any image file and Click on Start button and then Done button

6.Observe the Images
