Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on spare part master menu
3. Import the spare part details
4. Click on Unit of measurement menu
5. Select the Improted UOM details
6. Click on Edit button
7. Enter 1 and save
8. Observe the error
