Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module Admin
2.Go to Main menu and Select PI FIAS
3.click on Item definition
4.Click on Block Diagram
5.check enable automate diagram
6.Assign Row and column values in item boundaries
7.click add/remove elements and add elements
8.observe the result

Block Diagram: When enable automate diagram is checked and assigning the values for rows and columns in Item boundaries, a blank external element box is displayed
