When the user is already added in the "APQP Group" then getting module admin rights for supplier management it shows the Projects and Program menu with view access rights.

1)Login as Project Manager(APQP)

2)Now get the Module admin access rights for Supplier management module

3)Go To Supplier Management module

4)Observe the project and program menu with view access rights
