Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module Admin
2.Go to Main menu and Select any PI
3.click on Item definition
4.Click on Block Diagram
5.Click on publish button
6.Select Levels and route
7.now click on publish and the document is published
8.Now observe the results
