Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as admin
2. Click on entity
3. Create new entity under any site (Ex: Sales)
4. Create one more site by using existing name (Ex: Sales) under different site
5. Now edit the any one site which is created by using same name
6. Click on save button
7. Observe the result
