Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as site admin
2. Click on "Audit Schedule" link from menu
3. Click on new
4. Select the data in all mandatory field
5. Click on add actual audit
6. Select the date and click on save button
7. Observe the result

Description

Multisite -> Audit Schedule -> The scheduled audit is displaying as "Awaiting for approval" and its not getting published.

This is happened only for the audit which is created very first on particular site by using corporate audit program
