Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login as Program Manager
2)Click on Program menu under Projects Tab
3)Click on New button from the listing
4)Provide program information
5)Select the Pillar Supplier PPAP
6)Click on BOM Import
7)Select the Source file
8)Click on upload
9)Now observe the error - String data truncated
