Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as Supervisor
2. Assign the WO Past, current and future
3. Complete maintenance for Past month WO
4. Click on Resources allocation menu
5. Observe the Resources
6. Assign the Same WO for the same person
7. Observe the alert message

Resources Allocation: The assigned WO is not showing in the box, it displays the alert like "Workorder already assigned to Particular Person"
