Equipment--> Activity-->CBM-->When edit and saved the specification, the value of min and max is not getting updated. once the page was refreshed, it showing properly

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as Supervisor
2. Click on Equipment Activity tab
3. Click on specification parameter link
4. Select the Row and edit the value and save
5. Observe the Min and max value
6. Click on refresh button
7. Observe the value
