1.Login into EwQIMS Application
2.Click on New Document Draft Request
3.Uncheck the ITAR Compliance
4.Select non ITAR user as viewer
5.Now check the ITAR compliance
6.Attach Document and continue

New Document Draft: Allowing to select the Non ITAR user as Viewer for ITAR Document

Case1 :
1.Uncheck ITAR compliance
2.Select the non ITAR as viewer
3.Now check ITAR compliance
4.Document goes approval for Non ITAR user

Case2:
1.Login as the Non ITAR user
2.View the Document
3.Server error displays
