Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as RFD module admin
2.Create PI and BOM
3.Add function/Requirement/Failure and Do flow down A to B
4.Now Add another function/Requirement/Failure for the same PIto PI
5.Now Intend and Expand the Arrow
6.The Function/Requirement/Failure are duplicated

Description
When flow down is done for two functions/Requirement/Failure for the same child element and clicking on Intend & Extend Arrow, functions/Requirement/Failure are duplicated.
When Clicking on Intend & Extend Arrow for third time in EFC tree and Failure Tree the Diagram is fully hidden and displays blank page. (Refer Screenshot)
VDA : While maximising the Diagrammatic view, horizontal scroll bar is displayed in the middle of the page.
Note Issue occurs in RFD/FST/VDA
