Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Click on Doc pro module
3.Click on Document Management menu
4.Select the level(say level A) which has document with custom revision number
5.Move the document to another level(say Level B)
6.Click on documents and select the level (say Level B) where the level contains the moved documents
7.Right click from that document
8.Click change request
9.Server Error occurs
