1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on New Document Draft
4.Without draft viewers, the draft can be requested, but it should be a mandatory field

Draft viewers should be a mandatory field in New document Draft, if it is mandatory then all the draft viewers should comment for the draft then only it should go for a change request
