Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD module Admin
2.Select any PI
3.Select Block diagram from item definition Tab
4.Select context element and add element from add/remove element
5.Now check enable automate diagram checkbox and observe the result

Description

While enabling automate diagram check box, scope for the element is not displayed

Only after assigning the row and column values for internal element it is displayed with scope
