Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as FST module administrator
2.Click on Main and Select any PI
3.select Design FMEA page and double click on Potential Cause
Mechanism of Failure
4.Select Design cause or Flowdown to Failure option
5.Observe the Text box
6.Enter the Data and click outside
7.Data is disappeared

Description
Added cause is not displayed while clicking outside the textbox. Issue occurs in RFD also
