Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuAPro Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main2

3.Expand Global PI -> Select any of the PI

4.Click on Process/Design Documents -> Open any of the Documents (E.g.: PFMEA)

5.Double-Click on the New Cell in the Cause Column -> Select the listed Causes as Multiple by pressing Ctrl+Mouse Click

6.Click on OK Button

7.Observe the Result

Description

In the Cause Column, When the User tries to Select the Multiple Causes in the New Cell and clicking on OK Button its not updating the selected Causes and its throwing unwanted message as "Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.AssocInstReuse' with unique index 'IX_AssocInstReuse2'. The duplicate key value is (22360, 29, 21360, <NULL>, 21363, 0).
The statement has been terminated."
