FSR Document: FSR Menu is not displayed in the following Scenario

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator
2.Select PI or create BOM for selected PI
3.Now Create BOM for created BOM
3.Enter data still through FSR using Safety goal ASILs
4.now refresh and log out the page
5.now login and verify the FSR document

Description

FSR menu is not displayed for both Super parent and the selected BOM element when creating below hierarchy as PI > BOM > BOM

Enter the data and allocate ASIL values for PI B

Now Select PI A and PI B to observe the results
