Steps To Reproduce:

1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Setup
4.Select Process/Activity
5.Click Add(+) Icon From Audit Form
6.Click Add and Select any Audit Form
7.Click Add Button on the Attach Column and attach any File
8.If attached Click View
9.Observe the Result

Description

In Process/Activity Page, cannot able to View the Attached File in Audit Form. Displays a Server Error Message.
Also cannot able to attach a PNG File Format.
