Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Business Rule
3. Set the delay days as "0"
4. Generate the UBM, UBM, Autonomous and adhoc wo
5. Observe the WO status

Description

Business Rule and Planned Maintenance: If the delay day is "0", Not completed status is showing for the current WO.

Suggestion: If there is no grace period for the WO, need to allow left blank field in PM delay days.

IF the delay day is "0", the not completed status should display as per the time.
