Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Production OEE
3. Enter the OEE with die details
4. Click on Groups menu
5. Remove the die related rights for the user
6. Click on Production OEE menu
7. Click on Existing data
8. Observe the losses
9. Click on Part tab
10. Observe the behavior
