Multi site not listing in the dropdown for APQP

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EWQIMS
2. Give APQP module rights to multi site
3. Click on the dropdown and see the listing

Description

1. After giving APQP module rights to Multiple sites Only corporate is showing up in the dropdown
2. If the rights set to any other site other than corporate the dropdown showing blank
