Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log into audit pro as Auditor.
2. Go to auditor tab.
3. Click on Perform audit page.
4. Go to the already performed audit.
5. Try to delete a NC which is not responded by Auditee.
6. click yes in the alert box and observe
