closedVirtual Directory: In perform audit page, while creating NC and Clicking on save and add button not shows new NC creation page, it takes the data for the fields from the previously created NC

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log into audit pro as Auditor.
2. Go to auditor tab.
3. Click on perform audit menu.
4. Click on the desired audit cycle name to perform.
5. Click on upload audit records, and upload attachments.
6. Click on upload button.
7. Mention Audit status as NC identified.
8. Enter the appreciable Comments and click save button.
9. In NC creation page, enter all the mandatory fields.
10. Click on save and Add and observe
