Multi Language RFD - When click on indicator in VOC, the alert option cancel should be converted in delete button for both chinese and Spanish

1.Login as RFD module administrator
2.Select any PI
3.Select VOC
4.Click on Flow down Indicator
5.Select any Function/Requirement/Failure
6.Click on delete Icon and observe the Alert
