Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment menu
3. Create more than 5 Element for Equipment
4. Click on sorting icon
5. Observe the behavior

Description

Issue 1: Equipment--> Equipment Element--> Element and Element description --> Sorting is not working as expected

Issue 2: Equipment Export--> If the sub equipment field is Yes, need to display the parent equipment details in excel sheet.

Issue 3: Equipment Element--> if the character exceed more than 90 characters, not able to view the data in description field
