when reason for request is entered like <test>, then its not displayed anywhere

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Click on New doc request
2.Enter reason for request like <test>, and publish it then its not displayed anywhere

when reason for request is entered like <test>, then its not displayed anywhere

- Priority changed from High to Medium
- Steps To Reproduce updated (diff)
- Status changed from New to Open
- Status changed from Open to Resolved
- File RE 1.png RE 1.png added
- Status changed from Resolved to Not Fixed with Hotfix
If the text <Text> entered in the Reason for request in revisions its not accepting the special character. refer screenshot.
Please be specific on where you are expecting this to work or visible.
Please do not use generic terms like anywhere or across the module etc.
