Design VDA: Function/Failure Analysis, In Diagrammatic View there is no Scroll Bar for the displayed Legend Window

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AQuA-VDA Module User

2.Click on AQuAPro Tab -> Main/Main2

3.Set the Format as AIAG-VDA

4.Select a PI -> Click on Design Document Tab

5.Open the AIAG-VDA Design Document -> Click on Function Analysis

6.Click on the Legend in the Diagrammatic Window -> View the Vertical Scroll Bar

7.Observe the Result

Description

In the Design VDA, for the Function/Failure Analysis, In Diagrammatic View there is no Tool Tip for the Legend Icon. If am Clicking on the Legend Icon then it will display an window in that window I can't able to view the low level Legends and in Maximized view also there is no Scroll bar and can't able to view the low level Legends
