Steps To Reproduce:
Create a supplier and assgign part and its location
Complete registration
Uncheck VAM,check VEM and PPAP
Map audit program,entity,audit type and form,lead auditoe,map segment
Engagement screen->Select location and its parts
Select start date and end date
Click on schedule audit
Schedule audit created alert is displaying then it goes to scheduled junk page.refer screen shot
