Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as the user who has request rights for the document say user A

2.Revise the document for which the document owner is User B

3.Check the assign route screen

4.Document owner is showing user A, but it should shows user B. Either change the user or change the label as requested by

5.Doc Level is not showing in that screen, need that information

Description

Assign route for change request: Document owner is showing the user who initiated the change request.
It should show the owner who attached the document for the first revision. Level details are not displayed in the assign route screen
