Steps To Reproduce:
1)Access The Link http://192.168.100.50/EwQIMS2
2)log in as auditor
3)Raise a NC
4)fill the nc form
5)click save
once after save the nc filled page should refresh and close automatically and role back to check list screen where NC is raised but it is not.

In Auditor screen after raising a NC window is not getting refreshed and it should go to checklist screen where nc is raised but still on the same screen with all the data inserted and when clicked save twice NC is generating twice with same data for particular audit
