Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log into Audit pro as Auditor.
2. Go to Auditor tab.
3. Click on perform audit tab.
4. Enter the desired audit with process mapped to that.
5. Click on Upload audit records.
6. Add the audit attachment.
7. Click on upload button.
8. Give audit status as "NC Identified"
9. Enter Appreciable comments and save it.
10. Create an NC/OFI.
11. Observe the Submit to auditee Button. auditee should be mentioned as Auditee
