1)Login to module as auditor
2)Click on corretive action closeout
3)Pick the respective audit
4)Specify verification and validation as Yes and No and click on save
5)Now click on Yes on both verification and validation
6)Now select Effective ness as NO and Save
7)Perform the action verification and validation yes /No multiple times
8)Finally closeout the finding and Effectiveness as No and save
9)Observe the auditee response concern form
