Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment menu
3. Left blank the Equipment category field
4. Click on save button
5. Observe the alert message
6. Left blank with commission date and start production date, criticality, asset number
7. Click on save button

Description

Issue 1: Equipment: The system saved the Equipment detail, without entering the criticality, asset number, Commission date and start of production date. - Closed

Note:
1. The commission date and start of production date displays "Current date"
2. Criticality displays "0"

Issue 2: Without selecting the Equipment category field, the system displays alert like " Please select Equipment master" - *Open *
