Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment menu
3. Create Manufacturing Line
4. Change the status from In use to Not In use and Discard from asset behavior
5. Create Assembly Line
6. Change the status from In use to Not in use and Discard from asset
7. Change the status from Not in use to In use click on save button

Description

Equipment: Status related issues(In use, Not in Use and Discard from asset)
Issue 1: Manufacturing Line --> When tries to change the status from IN use to Not in use / Discard from asset. Captured data not getting saved in pop up window. - Open

Issue 2: Assembly Line-->When tries to change the status from IN use to Not in use / Discard from asset. Captured data not getting saved in pop up window. -*Open
Issue 3: When tries to delete the Manufacturing line and assembly line without having the dependencies, the system displays alert like *"Dependency exist data cannot deleted" - Open

Issue 4: When a user tries to change the status from Not in use to In use, the system shows validation like "Block date is empty". The system should not allow user to change the status without capturing the date and reason - Open
