Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login to module as admin
2)Click LPA schedule
3)Create LPA schedule
4)When Schedule is in Tentative status
5)Click on Send confirmation email button
6)Observe the email is nit generating

Description
1) Auditor and Auditee availability email is not generating
2) When clicked on send confirmation email for first time email not generated and Rescheduled the same schedule and during this time send confirmation button is not clickable
