Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as RFD module administrator
2.Select any PI and add function/Requirement/Failure
3.Select EFC Tree
4.Click flow down indicator
5.select the failure and click OK
6.Now observe the result

Description

Indicator indicates the flow down has done even when there no flow down is done.
