DFMEA: Finding should be same when the user enters 1/10 in severity.. Same for occurrence and detection

1.Enter the severity as 1 in one field and 10 in other field

2.Validate the document

Description

DFMEA: when the severity is entered as 1/10, then it should show the finding as "The severity is 1 or 10 " but when the user enter 1 its showing the finding as "The severity is 1 or 10 " and when the user enter 10 then its showing the finding as "High severity"
