closedNot able to replicate:Assign author:Shows the user even the user doesn't have attach rights for the folder. For a particular user, its showing attach rights and the inherit is checked , but dont know how the rights has been set

1.Click on assign author icon for the level 01.FCPA
(For that level,site has no access and all the groups has no access and there is no override for the users)
2.But user popup shows only one user(Bhuvana)
3.Check the folder rights in the folder management
4.It shows no access for the user Bhuvana but its showing the user and for that folder it shows attach rights for the user adam, but dont know how the access rights set for adam
Description
Assign author:Shows the user even the user doesn't have attach rights for the folder. For a particular user, its showing attach rights and the inherit is checked , but dont know how the rights has been set
1.Create a parent level and child level
2.In use the child level and provide no acess for sites , for everyone group attach rights and no override for users
3.Publish the document w/o attachment
4.Go to folder mgmt and click on no access for everyone group and rest of the group should be inherited from parent
5.Check the assign author, it lists one user
