Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login to module as admin having access to both sites (Chennai and corporate)
2)Click on System->Shift
3)Change the entity to chennai
4)Create a shift name which is already exists
5)now click on Default shift as Yes in creating existing shift name
6)Alert will displays as "Shift name already exists"
7)Now click on bread crumb
8)Observe all the shift status changes to red without save
