Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Equipment menu
3. Create a Equipment Name as HP 1
4. Again create a another Equipment Name as HP1
5. Select the created Equipment HP1 and edit as HP 1
6. Observe the alert message and click on ok button
7. The system should save the data automatically
8. Click on save button
9. Observe the behavior
