Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to module as auditor
2)Click on corrective action closeout
3)Pick the respective Finding
4)First mark Verification as yes and Validation as no
5)Observe the auditee status
6)Now mark Verification and Validation as Yes and closeout the finding
7)Login as auditee
8)Observe the respective finding displays Submit button

Description

Submit button is available even after finding is closeout by auditor

Displays submit button when Only Verification as "Yes"
and Also Verification and Validation as Yes displays Submit button
