Description
When the document name and number has special characters like "<Test document>" then its not displaying the document name in document management alone and the document number is null in TOC as well as doc management

Document name is a link and the system will take it as an html. this cannot be fixed or an escape character cannot be added as the html will not work. Need to educate the customer to use square brackets instead. It will work fine with either '<' or '>' individually but not like '<Some name>' which has open and close symbols'<>'.
