1)login as auditor
2)Select the Particular audit in perform audit page.
3)Click the Corrective Action close out
4)Enter the Effectiveness as Yes or No
5)Click the Save button
6)Check in Finding report
Option is not displayed in Finding report

1)login as auditor
2)Select the Particular audit in perform audit page.
3)Click the Corrective Action close out
4)Enter the Effectiveness as Yes or No
5)Click the Save button
6)Check in Finding report
