LPA: Time Period as "month" should not allow to select Past months from the Calendar month selection

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Login to module as admin
2)Click on LPA schedule
3)Select time period as month
4)Now from the calander picker try selecting past months
5)Create scheduler

Description

Time Period as "month" should not allow to select Past months from the Calendar month selection because LPA Will not support or schedule for past dates
