Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Admin
2. Click on Business Rule
3. Click on Reminder setting
4. Set duration for Criticality A as "10 Minutes"
5. Click on Breakdown Request
6. Reported Time as 15:00
7. Click on Breakdown work order list menu
8. Assign the Maintenance Activity person
9. Click on Escalation setting menu
10. Click on Batch Manager
11. Click on Jobs
12. Observe the Error

Description
Issue 1: Breakdown Work order: if the duration is exceeded for completing the BD WO, the escalation mail is not getting generated.
Issue 2: Breakdown Work order: When maintenance activity person is completed the WO, the Workorder completion mail is generated along with Check spare part level mail.
