1. Login EwQIMS as TPM Module Administrator
2. Click on Business Rule menu
3. Click on Reminder setting tab
4. Observe the duration and unit of duration

Description

Issue 1: Business Rule: Reminder setting tab--> The system should not display the duration value "Zero" as default

Issue 2: The unit of duration drop down field should display "Select" option as default
