Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as auditor
2. Go to closed out page
3. Click on particular audit
4. Open the finding
5. Make Verified and validated as Yes
6. Click on save button
7. Now check the email subject for "Effectiveness For Findings"

Email for Effectiveness For Findings -> Email subject is wrong.

The email subject is displayed as "EwQIMS - AuditPro : Escalation for Findings Effectiveness Verification" instead of "EwQIMS - Audit Pro : Effectiveness For Findings"
