Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to Supplier portal
2. Select a project
3. Attach document via doc viewer
4. Select Is Output Document Required ?=No
5. Attach/drag Output document
6. Click on the Document and see the result
7. Refresh the page and check for the document

Description

Clicking on the Output document attached from Document viewer after selecting "Is Output Document Required ?=No. is showing
"The linked document with this revision is not available". Once refreshed the document is missing
